This home is a four storey purpose built Care Centre on the outskirts of Croydon which offers state of the art facilities designed to give residents the best quality of life possible. Each floor has a lounge, dining area and single modern and luxurious ensuite bedrooms as well as suites with kitchenette facilities. For the home away from home experience we provide IT facilities, Library, Bar, Bistro, Hair and Beauty Salon as well as a Luxury Home Cinema and sweet shop for resident’s participation. Their priority is the welfare and happiness of our residents and staff.

This brand new Centre will provide highest level of care for up to 65 elderly residents requiring

  • Residential Care:Residential care should never be regarded as last resort; it can be a new beginning, which provides comfort and security to enjoy our later years of life. It can eliminate the problems of day to day living and should be a most effective way of overcoming loneliness. At this home you will find dedicated and caring staff who will provide uplifting and safe environment for our residents to live happy and fulfilled lives.
  • Nursing and Dementia Care:Nursing Care is centred around the residents living with a medical condition which requires Nursing and specialised dementia care is devoted entirely to residents who are living with Alzimer’s and other form of Dementia.
  • Palliative Care:Their Palliative care is active and compassionate care of the chronically and terminally ill, directed to improving the quality of life, with a focus on the control of pain and symptoms.


You will assist with essential aspects of care, i.e. washing, dressing, bathing, serving meals, feeding residents and where necessary, helping with residents’ rehabilitation. Please see below -

  • Help residents with any mobility issues and assist in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
  • Provide care for residents who are unwell and may need care in bed.
  • Help in the promotion of mental and physical activity of residents through talking to them, taking them out and sharing with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies.
  • Make and change beds, tidy rooms and do occasional light cleaning (i.e. spillages), empty commodes etc.
  • Answer call bells, the front door and the telephone. Greet visitors politely.
  • Help care for residents who are dying.
  • To ensure that residents with continence difficulties are regularly taken to the toilet and assisted with the use of continence aids.
  • To participate in the planning and meeting of individual residents’ needs as appropriate.
  • Participate in Staff Meetings and training activities as required.
  • Escort residents travelling to and from hospital appointments, social out outings etc


You will be dedicated and passionate about helping people and have a real interest in improving the lives of others. Empathy with the elderly together with listening skills are vital. You will provide a superior standard of care in secure, relaxing and homely surroundings. Also, providing privacy, dignity, choice and encourage independence. Whilst supporting and maintaining a person centred care environment and promoting self-esteem.
