I am currently working with an established private healthcare provider of NHS services across the North Kent area. This organisation is currently seeking a motivated and resilient Therapies and Rapid Response Lead to contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care.

This large organisation is focused on delivering high quality care and fantastic customer service. The organisation has recently invested heavily on new technologies and innovations to deliver vast improvements to community and primary care services.

The organisational approach is bringing together services from various health services to provide a unified service and therefore, consistent care for your patients. The organisation has developed and launched the Care Coordination Centre model which is helping to keep people healthy and allow them to receive care in their own homes. This in turn reduces hospital pressures and provide a better quality of life for your patients.


You will be working as a full-time, permanent Therapies and Rapid Response Lead in the North Kent area.

You will be responsible for overseeing the management, co-ordination and delegation of work within multi-professional teams, planning and monitoring to ensure effective use of resources within allocated budgets and to liaise with other health and social care professionals across organisations to ensure continuous service provision and identify the potential for service developments.

You will be in support of the Head of Planned Care and will be accountable for the operational management and leadership of the Therapy and Rapid Response Services within the locality and responsible for ensuring positive outcomes and quality care for patients, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective operational delivery of the clinical, governance, financial and workforce strategies. You will play a key role in the delivery of change and transformation in order to assist integrated care pathways and systems across primary care, mental health, social care and acute trust providers. To be accountable for the overall human resource management of Therapy and Rapid Response services, ensuring ongoing and effective clinical supervision and management is in place.

You will be paid a full-time salary at Band 8a according to the Agenda for pay 2017. You will also receive an allowance of 5% HCAS up to a maximum of £ 1,682. In order to attract the best Nurses to this role, the company is offering an additional £2,000 upon starting your new role. You will also receive an NHS pension and company benefits such as travel vouchers and discounts on holidays.


You will be a current Therapies Lead, Clinical Lead or a Therapy Services Manager or Band 7 Therapist seeking a change of direction. You must have an active registration with the Health Professionals Council. You must have the desire to provide long term care management. You must also provide evidence of continuing professional development.


You will be given the support to empower you to provide high quality care to your patients. You will receive a very generous salary according to the Agenda for Change Pay Scale. You will also receive a 5% HCAS allowance and a £2,000 bonus upon joining the company, an NHS pension and generous company benefits such as travel vouchers and discounts on holidays.
