Healthier Recruitment are assisting one of our Key clients with a number of Recruitment Projects nationwide, and we are excited to support with a Senior Recruitment Advisor role.

You will be required to support in the recruitment of high calibre talent into this leading Healthcare service provider through effective resourcing solutions and interventions with the operation team. You will contribute to the development and implementation of the Recruitment Team 2018/19 strategy and action plan to achieve the national goals in line with KPI’s.

You will support the creation of a re-launched high performing Recruitment Team

The ideal candidate will also build internal and external networks and relationships to positively impact our future plans and business performance; to set our client above all other providers of similar services.

General Responsibilities / Attraction Activity

  • Develop relationships with key business leaders and People & Service Business Partners across clinical services and a deep understanding of their resource requirements
  • Utilise a deep knowledge of resourcing strategies and techniques
  • Build a talent pipeline of strong candidates across defined disciplines and sources
  • Manage the end-to-end process for priority roles, and upskill, coach and support managers to self-serve where possible with other roles
  • Provide specialist resourcing advice and support to hiring managers in the implementation of fair, robust and safe selection processes
  • Promote effective use of the clients Applicant Tracking System (Taleo), and alternatives, ensuring they achieve efficiency in thier processes and a positive candidate experience
  • Develop the clients Employer Brand in all print and non-print platforms (e.g. careers website, ATS, job adverts, job descriptions, social media presence, local and national press and journals)

Team Leadership

  • Lead the Recruitment Advisers and ensure they deliver against their job role and performance objectives
  • Coach and support the creation of development plans for the Recruitment Advisers
  • Deputise for the Recruitment Lead.

Recruitment MI

  • Assess campaign performance through the use of data and candidate and manager feedback, to ensure the constant evolution of best practice and best fit for different locations, role type and need
  • Effective use of Establishment Management data to identify trends and propose proactive solutions to plug current and future talent gaps
  • Own and develop the presentation, analysis and interpretation of relevant workforce information data for services and stakeholders
  • Monitor and report performance against agreed SLAs (e.g. cost per hire, time to hire, attrition rates) in order to build own and wider Recruitment team’s credibility and identify

Manager Upskill

  • Design, develop and, where appropriate, deliver relevant and sustainable specialist Recruitment training and operational materials to support all business areas by collaborating with internal and external training providers.
  • Work with leaders and build strong and effective relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, to ensure understanding of their services and apply this in the development of Recruitment solutions.
