Providing a range of specialist residential and supported living services for adults aged 18 years and over with a learning disability, autism, dementia, Prader-Willi Syndrome or a mental health condition. Also offering support to older people who require residential, nursing and dementia care in later life.


This is a brand new residential specialist service developed to support individuals with Autism, which is a great opportunity to join our client’s company.
As a Support Worker you will be a key member of the team, providing high standards of person-centred support and care to their service users. Through a creative and caring approach, you will build good relationships with both service users and their families, supporting service users in the planning of goals and in living as independently as possible. Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital;


You will be dedicated and passionate about helping people and have a real interest in improving the lives of others. We are looking for fun, caring, compassionate and dedicated people to join the team of support workers.
