Although Healthier Recruitment specialise in recruiting for middle, senior and executive management roles, we appreciate that a lot of our healthcare clients also have a requirements for less senior / junior roles and we like to be able to offer our clients an in-depth service.

With this in mind, by engaging with Healthier Recruitment for your permanent recruitment for senior roles, you will automatically qualify to receive our support services for junior roles completely free of charge.

What this involves?

As part of this service Healthier Recruitment will take detailed job briefs of all roles you are recruiting for and advertise on your behalf across a multitude of platforms including job boards, local press and websites which reach a combined audience of 1,862,144 active candidates per month who are specifically experienced within Healthcare.

This provides our clients with an opportunity to reach a much wider audience completely free of charge which would normally result in advertisement costs in excess of £5,000 + VAT per month.

In addition to advertising these roles, we also offer a service where we screen, vet and shortlist any applications and provide you with a detailed brief and CV for any candidates who we feel are suitable. A benefit that many of our clients find saves them a significant amount of time and resources.

Again with any suitable candidates who are identified we assist with the management of interviews, offers and on-boarding and no fee is payable unless the successful candidate is hired by your organisation.

At Healthier Recruitment we understand that quality of patient care relies heavily on the teams in place and therefore the quality of Health Care Assistants is just as important as the quality of management staff within an organisation.

In order to ensure that you are receiving quality candidates, we spend a lot of time in sourcing the best candidates for the position. This isn’t just limited to individuals with previous experience of within a healthcare setting but in fact is an in-depth short-listing process where we identify candidates with the relevant skills, passion and values that are aligned with your organisation. By doing so this not only ensures that the interviews we arrange are of a high quality but also ensures that once candidates are offered a role with you they are more likely to stay and become a long term member of the team as this is a staffing area that suffers from high turnover.

The way we look to manage this recruitment is by setting up an interview day with the site / service recruiting, where we request that at least one decision maker is present on the panel. It is entirely up to our clients on whether the interview panel consists of one or more people. Healthier Recruitment manage the entire day providing you a list of interview times and candidates so that the day is conducted with ease. We usually suggest that these interviews take place on site however some clients like to book a room in a neutral location to carry out the interview day – this is entirely up to you.

As well as arranging the interview day for you we will also ensure that all candidates attending will have all of the relevant documentation and if necessary application forms completed so that if an offer is made on the day, the HR and on-boarding process is straightforward and you have all of the information required from this point.

This service offers discounted rates based on a minimum of 5 full time vacancies per interview day and can assist our clients in securing quality Health Care Assistants with as little disruption, time and resources required.
